The HK235E High-Voltage Two-Pole Tester extends the series into applications requiring DC measurements above the conventional 1000V level. Its LCD handles 1-1000V AC and up to 1500V DC, making it the appropriate HK235 option when the measured system may exceed the DC capability of the HK235C.

Nine LED voltage steps provide a rapid visual reference from 12V through 1500V. The display responds in one second or less, while the LED indication reacts within half a second. This arrangement helps technicians make efficient voltage checks without relying on a single type of display.

Beyond voltage measurement, the HK235E checks resistance, conductor continuity, three-phase sequence and single-pole voltage. It can also apply a 30mA load at 230V for RCD trip testing. Audible, visual and vibration feedback give the user several ways to recognize a test condition.
